AirX grew with a unique business model with sales growth from €8m to over €100m annually. 

In 2018 Investec Bank PLC was appointed as "Nomad" to begin the AirX journey to float onto the London Stock Exchange.

Investec and William Callanan supported John Matthews in financing and buying more shares of the airline.

AirX was determined to build a diverse fleet of aircraft which could suit numerous needs.

Today that vision and determination have allowed AirX to operate a fleet ranging from 13 seats (two-cabin) to transcontinental aircraft with (four cabins) and a double bedroom with ensuite.

In 2020 as the world descended into a Global Lockdown, AirX pivoted into cargo and converted one of the world's largest VIP jets into a pax-freighter, carrying 44 tonnes of freight from China to the western world.

In 2021 AirX continued to grow by starting its own in-house maintenance facility and launching a third-party service, winning clients such as national carriers and, major operators, even its competitors.

AirX is focused on being one of the best and not the largest airline; its vision is to create sustainable growth for the best of its shareholders and clients.

In 2021 AirX signed a PRE-IPO / Private Placement appointment with Zeus Capital to raise funds for exit/flotation in a three to five-year period. 

In 2022 AirX agreed on terms for $10m of asset-backed finance with Investec.
